Privacy Policy

Effective date: 12th October 2026

FMM Consulting LLC ("FMM Consulting," "we," "us," or "our") respects the privacy of people who visit our website, contact us, request a consultation, or submit information for a potential or existing consulting engagement. This Privacy Policy describes the information we may collect, how we use and share it, and the choices available to you.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide. Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect your name, email address, telephone number, business name, business location, industry, approximate business size, requested services, inquiry details, and communications. Our general contact form may request a first name, email address, subject, and message. Our consultation form may also request business details, the operational challenge involved, and the outcome you are seeking.

Business questionnaire and supporting materials. People invited to complete our private business and operations questionnaire may provide their role, contact details, information about business operations, staffing, processes, systems, and challenges, together with optional supporting documents. Such materials may contain confidential business information or personal information about others. Please submit only information relevant to your inquiry or engagement and that you are authorized to share.

Website information. Our website platform and service providers may automatically process information such as IP address, browser and device details, pages visited, access times, approximate location, and cookie or similar-technology data, depending on the features enabled.

2. How We Use Information

We use information as reasonably necessary to respond to inquiries, evaluate consultation requests, communicate with prospective or existing clients, prepare proposals and agreements, provide consulting services, review submitted operational materials, maintain records, operate and protect the website, and meet applicable legal or business obligations. We do not use submitted business documents for unrelated marketing or unrelated projects without appropriate authorization.

3. Forms, Questionnaire, and Document Uploads

Our website uses Wix, and our private questionnaire uses Tally. Information entered into forms or uploaded through these services may be processed using those platforms and other supporting business technologies. The private questionnaire may require a password or other restricted access, but no online form or transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.

Do not upload passwords, account credentials, Social Security numbers, payment-card details, bank-account information, government identification, medical or immigration records, or unnecessary employee or customer information. Where possible, use redacted or sample documents. Contact us first if you are unsure whether a document is appropriate to submit.

4. Cookies and Analytics

Our website platform may use cookies or similar technologies for essential functions, security, preferences, and, if enabled, website analytics. The specific technologies may change as website features are configured. Where applicable law requires notice or consent for non-essential technologies, appropriate choices will be provided. You can also manage many cookies through your browser settings, although disabling them may affect website functionality.

5. How We Share Information

We may disclose information as reasonably necessary to website and form providers (including Wix and Tally), email and other business-technology providers, service providers assisting with an engagement, professional advisers, and authorities or other parties when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect legal rights. Information may also be transferred in connection with a legitimate business sale or reorganization, subject to applicable obligations.

We do not sell or rent personal information. We do not operate an online payment or booking feature on the website at present; any billing arrangements for consulting services are handled separately.

6. Retention and Security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including inquiries, engagements, recordkeeping, legal obligations, and dispute resolution. Retention may vary by the nature of the information. We take reasonable steps to protect information, but no internet-based system offers absolute security. Information no longer required will be deleted or disposed of when reasonably practicable and lawful.

7. Your Choices and Requests

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may be entitled to request access to, correction of, or deletion of certain personal information. You may contact us with a privacy request using the details below. We may need to verify a request and may retain information where legally or contractually required. You can choose not to submit optional information, although that may limit our ability to assess an inquiry.

8. Third Parties and Processing Locations

Our website may contain links to services we do not control. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. FMM Consulting and its service providers may process information in the United States or other locations where they operate, subject to applicable legal requirements.

9. Children and Policy Updates

The website and our services are intended for adults and businesses. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children under 18; if we learn that a child has submitted information, we will take reasonable steps to address it. We may update this Privacy Policy as our website, services, or practices change. Any updated version will appear on this page with a revised effective date.
