FMM Consulting was founded by a bilingual operations and management professional with over 20 years of experience across small-business operations, office administration, retail management, human resources and communications. The founder is nearing completion of an MBA, combining advanced business education with extensive hands-on experience. Throughout their career, they have identified operational gaps, organized workflows, developed step-by-step procedures, modernized business forms, trained employees, supported teams and introduced practical systems that make everyday work clearer and more consistent. FMM Consulting brings that perspective to small businesses that need stronger processes, better organization and realistic solutions designed around how their businesses actually operate.
Why FMM Consulting Exists
Small-business owners are often expected to manage everything at once: customers, employees, paperwork, daily decisions and the constant problems that arise behind the scenes. As a business grows, informal ways of working may no longer be enough. Important knowledge remains undocumented, employees may approach tasks differently and inefficient processes begin consuming more time, capacity and money. FMM Consulting was created to help owners step back, understand what is making the business harder to run and establish practical improvements that support greater clarity, consistency and control.

Our Founder
Every time I walked into a new workplace, I wanted to learn everything: my job, everyone else’s jobs, every process, and every way of doing things. I wanted to understand not only what people did, but why it was done that way—and how one part of the business affected another.
That curiosity has followed me through 23 years of experience. One question has shaped the way I see a business: Why do we do it this way—and what could improve if we looked at the whole process?
I’ve always noticed where communication breaks down, where a process creates extra work, and where clearer procedures could help people work together. When everyone understands the process and has practical tools to follow it, fewer details fall through the cracks and daily work feels more manageable.
That instinct led me to start FMM Consulting. I help small businesses understand how their operations fit together, improve the processes that slow them down, and put clearer systems in place—so owners can spend less time untangling problems and more time building their business. That’s My Why.
